Volunteers are one of our most important assets.
Through their participation, they bring the Mill and its exhibits
to life. Our volunteers interact directly with school groups and
other visitors. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet an interesting
and diverse group of people. Both visitors and other volunteers
have special insights and fascinating stories to tell.
Become a spinner and weaver: Classes teaching
both spinning and weaving are held each spring. Upon completion of the classes, we ask that volunteers demonstrate at least twice a month during the Mill season.
