Volunteers are one of our most important assets. Through their participation, they bring the Mill and its exhibits to life. Our volunteers interact directly with school groups and other visitors. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet an interesting and diverse group of people. Both visitors and other volunteers have special insights and fascinating stories to tell.

Current Volunteer Opportunities:

Become a spinner and weaver: Classes teaching both spinning and weaving are held each spring. Upon completion of the classes, we ask that volunteers demonstrate at least twice a month during the Mill season.

Other opportunities to help include:

•Special Events
Get in on the fun. Help with games, crafts and more.

• Behind the Scenes
Office Support (data entry, scheduling, mailings, filing, etc.)
Human Resources
Information Technology

If you have a special skill to offer, call us and let us know how you'd like to be involved.
